We are pleased to announce that effective from March 19, 2010 Descon Engineering Limited has acquired JGC Corporation's share holding in JGC-Descon Engineering (Pvt.) Limited.
JGC-Descon Engineering (Pvt.) Limited has now been re-named as Descon Integrated Projects (Private) Limited and will continue to operate as an independent company.
Our new name symbolizes and signifies the enhanced role we expect to play in future. Specially, our mission is to provide additional value to our customer through comprehensive and integrated engineering, procurement, construction and project support, while maintaining our commitment to quality, schedule and service.
